Appointments
An initial acupuncture visit is up to 1.5
hours in length, for an evaluation and consultation, and to perform a treatment.
Subsequent acupuncture treatments last approximately 60 minutes.
Please allow enough time to fill out any
paperwork and using the restroom prior to the time your appointment is scheduled to
start. We make every effort to run on time, but it is not always possible. If
we are delayed, your appointment will last the full time.
Credit cards are no longer accepted. This includes
Health Savings account cards. Please plan on paying your
co-pays and deductibles with checks or cash.

Cancellation Policy
Please try to make cancellations by 5:00 pm the night before the
appointment. For cancellations made later than 9:00 am the day
of the appointment and no-shows, the full rate may be charged.
(Charges will not accrue if we are able to fill the
appointment.) These charges are to be paid no later than the
subsequent appointment. Exceptions will be made for sudden
illness only.
If you are late for your appointment, full
price will be charged and the appointment will last only for the
scheduled time (this is in consideration for those with later
appointments so they are not delayed).
