Appointments
An initial acupuncture visit is up to 1.5
hours in length, for an evaluation and consultation, and to perform a treatment.
Subsequent acupuncture treatments last approximately 60 minutes.
Massage / myofascial release treatments can be either 1 hour or
1.5 hours, depending on your needs and preferences.
Insurance may only pay for one hour of treatment.
Please allow enough time to fill out any
paperwork and using the restroom prior to the time your appointment is scheduled to
start. We make every effort to run on time, but it is not always possible. If
we are delayed, your appointment will last the full time.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to change or cancel your
appointment, please let us know no later than 5:00 p.m. the night before the
appointment. For cancellations made later than 8:30 a.m. the day of the appointment
and no-shows, we will need to charge the full rate unless we are able to fill the
appointment. We will do our best to fill your appointment if you find you need to
cancel after 8:30 a.m., but it gets more difficult for us to contact people on the waiting
list after 8:30 a.m., or we may have already turned patients away because we
were full.
Exceptions will be made for sudden illness only.
